📋 Description

• As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Public Cloud Group AG, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s technical talent across the DACH region by owning the full lifecycle recruitment process for IT roles, ensuring that cloud-specialized professionals are attracted, assessed, and onboarded with excellence—directly supporting PCG’s mission to modernize enterprise IT landscapes through expert cloud talent.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting end-to-end recruiting for technical positions—from analyzing hiring needs and crafting job descriptions to active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, leading competency-based interviews, managing offer negotiations, and delivering a seamless candidate experience; you will also partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, translate business needs into recruitment strategies, and continuously optimize processes using data-driven insights from KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source of Hire, and Cost-per-Hire.
• You will contribute to shaping PCG’s employer brand by developing innovative initiatives that highlight the company’s cloud expertise and culture, participate in recruiting projects, and support onboarding efforts including Welcome Days to ensure new hires feel integrated and valued from day one.
• The recruiting team at PCG operates with agility and innovation, embedded within a fast-growing organization of nearly 500 cloud experts across 21 European locations, where collaboration, continuous learning, and a passion for technology drive success—you’ll join a team that values proactive problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in tech recruitment.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern recruiting technologies, data analytics, and employer branding while gaining hands-on experience with multiple ATS platforms (such as Ashby, Lever, or Personio), and have the opportunity to influence hiring strategy at a scale that impacts cloud transformation initiatives across industries—positioning yourself as a strategic talent partner in one of Europe’s leading cloud services providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruiting, preferably within a technology-driven company or IT service provider, with a strong track record in sourcing and hiring for technical roles such as cloud engineers, developers, or infrastructure specialists.
• Demonstrated ability to work data-driven, including hands-on experience tracking and optimizing key recruiting KPIs like Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source of Hire, Pipeline Conversion, and Cost-per-Hire to improve hiring outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Expertise in modern sourcing techniques, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with other talent platforms and tools, coupled with experience using at least two ATS systems (e.g., Ashby, Lever, Personio).
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal, with the confidence to engage hiring managers, negotiate offers, and present recruitment insights clearly and professionally.
• Experience designing and conducting competency-based interviews and structured selection processes that ensure fairness, objectivity, and high-quality hiring decisions.
• Genuine interest in employer branding and HR technology, with motivation to explore automation, new tools, and innovative approaches to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
