📋 Description
- • Partner closely with technical leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on recruiting best practices for Product & Design roles
- • Build and nurture a full-cycle pipeline of technical talent to support current hiring and future growth in Product & Design functions
- • Advise hiring managers on market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and effective talent acquisition strategies specific to technical disciplines
- • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline recruiting workflows and enhance operational efficiency across the hiring lifecycle
- • Maintain high standards of data integrity and system hygiene within the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby)
- • Mentor and support other recruiting team members to elevate overall performance and execution standards
- • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to engage top-tier, passive candidates across Product, Design, and related technical domains
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align recruiting efforts with broader organizational goals and growth objectives
- • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from pipeline development to offer closure for technical roles in Product & Design
- • Stay current with trends in technology, startups, and emerging talent magnets to inform proactive sourcing and employer branding
- • Apply data-driven insights to influence recruiting strategies and measure effectiveness of hiring initiatives
- • Operate with decisiveness, simplicity, and a ‘job’s not finished’ mindset to drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • Maintain a low-ego approach, willing to roll up sleeves and contribute to team success beyond core responsibilities
- • Ensure all candidate interactions are systematic, efficient, and reflective of Harvey’s values and employer brand
- • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by combining market expertise with deep understanding of technical role requirements
- • Contribute to building foundational hiring practices for the San Francisco technical team as an early member of the recruiting function
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- • Proven track record of building strong technical teams in a high-growth company
- • Demonstrated ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with hiring partners
- • Experience managing recruitment processes using Ashby or similar ATS
- • Deep understanding of Product & Design technical talent markets and compensation trends
- • Ability to use data and metrics to influence and optimize recruiting strategies
