- • As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Public Cloud Group AG, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s technical talent across the DACH region by owning the full lifecycle recruitment for IT roles, ensuring a seamless, candidate-centric experience that aligns with PCG’s mission to modernize enterprise cloud landscapes.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting end-to-end recruiting for IT positions—from analyzing hiring needs and executing active sourcing strategies (including expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels) to leading competency-based interviews, managing offer negotiations, and driving data-informed decisions using KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source-of-Hire, Pipeline Conversion, and Cost-per-Hire.
- • You will act as a trusted strategic partner to hiring managers and business units, deeply understanding their technical and cultural needs to co-create tailored recruitment strategies while maintaining high Hiring Manager Satisfaction through proactive communication and expectation management.
- • You will contribute to shaping and evolving PCG’s Employer Branding by bringing innovative ideas to attract top cloud talent, participating in Welcome Days and onboarding initiatives, and continuously refining selection processes to ensure both quality and a positive candidate experience.
- • You will drive innovation in recruitment by challenging existing practices, testing new tools and methodologies (including HR tech and automation), and leading projects that improve efficiency, fairness, and scalability of hiring processes across the organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in IT recruiting, preferably within a technology-driven company or IT service provider, with a strong track record in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
- • Expertise in data-driven recruiting, including hands-on use of key KPIs (Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source-of-Hire, Pipeline Conversion, Cost-per-Hire) to measure, analyze, and optimize hiring processes.
- • Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter, and experience with at least two ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Lever, Personio), combined with fluency in German and English for contract review and stakeholder communication.
