- • As a Senior OEM Technical Success Manager at n8n, you will serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for companies that embed n8n into their own products and platforms, ensuring successful integration, scaling, and long-term value delivery.
- • You will own technical relationships with OEM/Embed partners, guiding architecture decisions, collaborating with engineering teams on implementation challenges, advising on product integration strategy, and supporting long-term platform evolution through upgrades and version changes.
- • n8n is an open workflow orchestration platform built for the AI era, backed by Sequoia and valued at $2.5bn, with a global team of over 220, a community of 650k+ developers, and 145k+ GitHub stars, headquartered in Berlin with a remote-first culture across Europe and the US.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in embedded systems, API architecture, AI-driven workflows, and OEM business models while influencing product roadmap through real-world partner feedback and driving measurable ROI for enterprise customers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong technical foundation with experience in APIs, integration patterns, backend systems, event-driven architectures, webhooks, JavaScript, TypeScript, and debugging integration issues across multiple systems.
- • Experience with embedded platforms or developer tools, including supporting products where one platform is embedded inside another application or working with APIs and integration tooling.
- • Architecture and implementation expertise to guide partners on system communication, multi-tenant architecture, upgrade strategies, reliability, scaling, and workflow orchestration design.
- • AI and automation literacy with understanding of how workflows orchestrate AI capabilities across systems; experience with AI-driven workflows or agentic automation is highly valuable.
- • Business and commercial acumen to understand partner product strategy, reason about licensing structures and value metrics, recognize evolving contract needs, and communicate ROI to technical and executive audiences.
- • Clear communication across technical and executive audiences, able to switch between deep technical discussions with engineers and strategic conversations with product leaders and executives.
