- • Senior Test Development Engineer responsible for owning all test engineering activities for new product introduction (NPI) programs from first silicon through mass production release, ensuring test program development, characterization, and production readiness.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing ATE test programs and hardware on the S100 platform, designing and executing device characterization plans across voltage, temperature, and process corners, and defining test strategies to improve coverage and reduce test time.
- • Works closely with R&D, Product Engineering, and Operations teams to drive NPI milestones through final production release, including T-FMEA development, probe and final test hardware bring-up at OSATs, and test program correlation across alternate platforms.
- • Role offers deep technical growth in advanced test methodologies, analog/mixed-signal testing, multi-site test architecture, and OTP programming, with opportunities to influence test cost, time, and quality at scale in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- • 5+ years of experience in ATE test engineering within the semiconductor industry
- • Direct ATE test program development experience from NPI through mass production on the S100 platform
- • Ability to interpret hardware schematics, datasheet parameters, and DFT documents
- • Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal test methodology, including trim, characterization, and parametric screening
- • Hands-on experience with probe card and FT fixture bring-up, and multi-site test architecture design
