- • Leads and manages multiple teams responsible for nationwide title operations, ensuring seamless support for real estate transactions through title insurance, settlement, and underwriting services
- • Oversees operational functions that enable branches to clear titles efficiently while maintaining strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- • Serves as a key liaison between Examining and Underwriting departments to align production goals, timelines, and compliance standards across teams
- • Provides direct leadership to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors, fostering accountability for team performance and departmental outcomes
- • Develops and executes departmental business plans, including production targets, organizational priorities, and resource allocation strategies aligned with Stewart’s annual objectives
- • Analyzes key business drivers and operational metrics to optimize department performance and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and service quality
- • Identifies, evaluates, and resolves complex operational and organizational challenges using internal resources and external vendor partnerships
- • Negotiates with external partners, vendors, and customers to secure optimal service terms and ensure alignment with company goals and customer expectations
- • Makes strategic decisions guided by resource availability, company-wide objectives, and functional or regional business plans
- • Allocates personnel, budget, and technological resources to support departmental priorities and ensure alignment with corporate growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of related work experience in title operations, real estate services, or a closely related field
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- • Proven experience leading multiple teams of managers, supervisors, and individual contributors
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational workflows and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- • Strong track record of developing and executing departmental business and production plans
- • Experience negotiating with external vendors, partners, and customers to achieve business objectives
