- • As a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst at Novanta, you will play a critical role in enabling global innovation by ensuring the company’s operations remain fully compliant with international trade regulations while supporting business growth in healthcare and advanced manufacturing sectors.
- • Day to day, you will lead import/export compliance decisions, manage accurate product classification and documentation, partner with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into business processes, contribute to the evolution of Novanta’s global trade compliance programme, and support audit readiness amid evolving regulatory landscapes.
- • You will join Novanta’s Global Trade Compliance team, part of a global organisation with over 26 offices across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, known for its culture of teamwork, collaboration, and empowerment in delivering precision technologies that improve lives.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international trade regulations, develop strategic influence across global stakeholders, and gain exposure to complex compliance challenges in cutting-edge industries, positioning you as a trusted advisor who drives both compliance excellence and business enablement.
