📋 Description
- • Conduct virtual and face-to-face workshops, individual, and group training sessions across Tide’s operational sites in India and globally.
- • Own, design, develop, and maintain high-quality training materials including module courses, videos, presentations, and learning exercises.
- • Liaise with managers from Quality Assurance, Complaints, and Operations teams to identify skill gaps and align training programs with operational needs.
- • Support the onboarding of new employees through structured mentoring and orientation programs.
- • Translate organizational requirements into career-path-aligned training initiatives that enhance employee development and performance.
- • Assess the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring behavioral changes and skill application in daily work activities.
- • Create and deliver training content focused on system usage, company policies, and operational processes for Member Operations teams.
- • Utilize industry tools such as GSuite, MS Office, Articulate360, and Video AI tools to produce and deliver engaging, scalable learning content.
- • Continuously identify recurring operational issues and proactively design new training initiatives to address them.
- • Ensure all training materials and delivery methods adhere to effective teaching methodologies and adult learning principles.
- • Collaborate as part of a cross-functional team to maintain consistency and quality in training delivery across all locations.
- • Remain open to feedback, actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent verbal and written English skills
- • Experience in writing and conducting training both virtually and face-to-face
- • Ability to use industry tools like GSuite, MS Office, Articulate360, and Video AI tools
- • Strong organizational skills
- • Passion for problem-solving and finding solutions to difficult situations
- • Experience working in the finance industry or prior relevant experience in KYC, Financial Crime, Compliance, or Transaction monitoring
