• • Ansira Partners, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. Reporting directly to the Director, Treasury Compliance, this critical role will be instrumental in managing client payment processing and overseeing the treasury management of multiple bank accounts. You will be at the forefront of ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payment operations, playing a key part in daily cash flow monitoring, accurate journal entries, and providing essential support functions that enhance our overall payment ecosystem.
• • In this position, you will collaborate closely with both the Treasury and broader Finance teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements within our payment operations. Furthermore, you will work hand-in-hand with our Client Partnership teams, providing crucial support to foster strong client relationships and ensure client retention through seamless financial interactions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the financial health and operational excellence of Ansira Partners.
• • **Key Responsibilities and Daily Operations:**
• • **Client Payment Processing Management:** Take ownership of the end-to-end client payment processing flows, ensuring that all payments are executed accurately, on time, and without errors. This includes managing various payment methods and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• • **Daily Cash Management and Monitoring:** Vigilantly monitor daily cash positions and payment initiations. This involves validating account balances, proactively anticipating funding needs, and promptly communicating any potential issues or discrepancies to management and key stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
• • **Financial Analysis and Forecasting:** Provide comprehensive financial analysis and support across a spectrum of treasury functions. This includes, but is not limited to, developing and refining cash flow forecasts, conducting in-depth cash flow analysis, and contributing to other ad hoc financial forecasting and modeling projects that inform strategic decision-making.
• • **Interfacing with Corporate Treasury and Accounting:** Act as a key liaison between Treasury operations and the Corporate Accounting team. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of bank transaction general ledgers and facilitating the reconciliation process to maintain financial integrity.
• • **Bank Account Management:** Play an active role in the lifecycle of our bank accounts. This includes supporting the opening and closing of new accounts, meticulously tracking and updating all bank account information, and assisting with the administration and management of our online banking platforms to ensure secure and efficient access.
• • **Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Close Support:** Contribute significantly to the critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Your support will ensure that financial reporting is accurate and timely.
• • **Audit Assistance:** Provide essential assistance during year-end audit activities, preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries to facilitate a smooth and efficient audit process.
• • **Treasury Compliance Reporting:** Support the preparation and submission of various treasury compliance reports, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• • **Process Improvement and Implementation:** Proactively identify opportunities to recommend and implement improvements to both Treasury and partner payment processes. Your insights will drive efficiency and cost savings.
• • **Key Contact for Partner Treasury Inquiries:** Serve as a primary point of contact for company partners, addressing their treasury-related questions and providing expert guidance and support.
• • **Payment System Support:** Assist in supporting the technical and system flows related to payment processing, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our payment infrastructure.
• • **Ad Hoc Projects:** Undertake and complete other assigned projects aimed at implementing process improvements and optimizing overall treasury activities, contributing to the continuous evolution of our financial operations.
