- • As a Senior User Acquisition Manager at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will drive and scale paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok for subscription-based products, directly impacting revenue growth and market expansion in the health, education, and entertainment sectors. Your work will be critical in building efficient, high-performing acquisition systems that fuel the company’s mission to innovate consumer-led products.
- • You will own end-to-end campaign performance on Meta and TikTok, continuously optimizing for CPA, ROAS, and ROMI while identifying and scaling winning campaigns without sacrificing efficiency. This includes building and managing campaign structures aligned with scaling goals, running structured A/B tests with clear hypotheses, and translating full-funnel data into actionable insights.
- • You will collaborate closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, providing data-driven feedback on hooks, angles, and formats, and helping define repeatable creative frameworks that can be scaled across campaigns and audiences.
- • You will partner with product, analytics, and growth teams to ensure alignment on KPIs, tracking accuracy, and reporting integrity, while identifying new scaling levers, testing new audiences and formats, and contributing to experiments in emerging acquisition channels when relevant.
- • You will work within a fast-paced, ownership-driven culture where speed, experimentation, and strategic thinking are valued, allowing you to deepen your expertise in performance marketing, attribution modeling (including iOS 14+ nuances), and cross-functional growth leadership while making measurable impact on subscription-based product growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing with proven success managing and scaling Meta and TikTok Ads.
- • Demonstrated experience managing and scaling monthly ad budgets of $1M+ for subscription-based web products.
- • Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and attribution models, including platform-specific nuances like iOS 14+ tracking changes.
- • Ability to run structured A/B tests, analyze full-funnel performance, and translate data into rapid, informed decisions.
- • Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership of performance outcomes and comfort managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align on KPIs and deliver data-backed insights.
