- • The role requires full ownership of $500K+ monthly advertising budgets across networks, with primary focus on Meta Ads as the core channel, demanding daily involvement in ad accounts to launch, optimize, diagnose, and scale campaigns autonomously without reliance on direction or hand-holding.

- • Day-to-day responsibilities include: staying deeply involved in daily operations by stepping into ad accounts to diagnose issues and optimize performance; managing and overseeing $500K+ monthly ad budgets with disciplined spend allocation and performance stability; taking full responsibility for Meta Ads as the primary acquisition channel with expert-level execution; working closely with performance data and analytics to extract insights, identify inefficiencies, and uncover growth opportunities in collaboration with the Analytics team; maintaining clear UA processes, reporting standards, and performance review cadences for full transparency; collaborating with Creative Managers to source, test, and iterate creative ideas while scaling top-performing assets based on data; ensuring operational excellence through disciplined account structure, testing frameworks, scaling logic, and performance monitoring; owning KPIs including CPA, ROI, volume, and spend efficiency as the primary measure of success.
- • The team operates with a culture of high accountability, fast execution, and entrepreneurial drive, offering a clear growth path to Lead or Head of User Acquisition as the team scales, where the right candidate can evolve into strategic ownership and team leadership over time.
- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced expertise in paid media execution at scale, deepen analytical fluency in attribution, cohort behavior, and funnel performance, sharpen creative testing and iteration processes, and build leadership readiness through autonomous decision-making and ownership of multi-channel acquisition strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven hands-on management of $750K+ monthly advertising budgets with personal ownership, not team total.
- • Deep, practical expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook Ads) with full ownership as the primary acquisition channel.
- • Strong Google Ads skills including UAC and search campaigns, with ability to run and optimize independently.
- • Proven experience managing multiple paid acquisition sources beyond Meta and Google is a strong plus.
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to work deeply with data to extract insights, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- • Experience collaborating closely with Analytics teams to guide decision-making using funnel performance, attribution, and cohort data.
- • Focused on high-ROI, efficient scaling — not just spend growth — with discipline in budget allocation and performance stability.
- • Comfortable working directly inside ad accounts daily, not only at the reporting level.
- • Structured, disciplined, and highly accountable with ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- • Fluent Russian language proficiency for clear and professional communication.
