  • • As a Senior User Acquisition Manager at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will play a critical role in driving user growth for one of the company’s fastest-growing consumer tech products by leveraging Meta Ads to acquire high-value users efficiently and at scale. Your work will directly impact revenue and market expansion across health, education, and entertainment verticals, making you a key contributor to Ruby Labs’ mission of building innovative, consumer-led products.
  • • You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid user acquisition campaigns on Meta platforms, including strategy development, daily optimization, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns meet or exceed CPA and ROAS targets while adhering to platform policies and industry-specific guidelines.
  • • Ruby Labs is a fast-moving, ambitious tech company operating in the CET timezone, known for its high-performance culture and commitment to empowering employees with autonomy, cutting-edge tools, and opportunities for rapid professional growth in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in performance marketing, advanced audience segmentation, budget allocation at scale ($500k+/month), and data-driven decision-making using tools like Google Sheets, positioning yourself for leadership roles in growth marketing or becoming a specialist in paid social acquisition within high-growth tech environments.
  • • [What the person will do day to day]
  • • Develop, test, and iterate on new campaign hypotheses and creative strategies to improve user acquisition efficiency and scale, leveraging A/B testing and trend analysis to uncover winning combinations of ad copy, visuals, and targeting.
  • • Execute daily optimizations of Meta Ads campaigns by adjusting bids, budgets, placements, and audience segments based on real-time performance data to maintain or improve CPA and ROAS benchmarks.
  • • Monitor campaign performance across multiple timeframes — hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly — using dashboards and custom reports to detect anomalies, fatigue, or emerging trends that require immediate intervention.
  • • Track and manage Meta as the primary traffic source, ensuring proper pixel implementation, event tracking, and attribution accuracy to maintain data integrity for decision-making.
  • • Analyze performance reports to structure and refine campaigns by geographic region, age, gender, interests, and behavioral segments, enabling granular insights and localized strategy execution.
  • • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align on campaign goals, share learnings, and co-develop testing roadmaps that support broader product growth objectives.
  • • [About the team or company]
  • • Ruby Labs is a rapidly scaling tech company that builds and operates consumer-facing products in high-impact industries such as health, education, and entertainment, combining innovation with performance-driven growth strategies.
  • • The company fosters a high-trust, results-oriented culture where initiative, accountability, and continuous learning are valued, and employees are empowered to take ownership of their impact.
  • • [What the person can learn or achieve in this role]
  • • Master the intricacies of Meta’s advertising platform at an advanced level, including policy navigation, algorithmic learning phases, and scaling techniques for large budgets.
  • • Develop strategic expertise in global user acquisition, including navigating regional regulations, cultural nuances in ad creative, and optimizing for diverse audience behaviors across time zones and markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1.5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for user acquisition or performance marketing.
  • • Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $500k or more per month on Meta platforms.
  • • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and campaign management, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
  • • Strong understanding of core marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CPC, CPM, and LTV, with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
  • • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling clear communication in a global, remote team environment.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage global campaigns, including expertise in Meta’s targeting options, audience segmentation, and exclusion strategies across regions and demographics.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to quickly identify performance issues, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions under tight deadlines.
  • • Solid knowledge of Meta’s advertising policies and compliance requirements, particularly as they apply to regulated industries such as health, finance, or education.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to work from any location within approximately ±4 hours of CET, supporting work-life balance and global collaboration.
  • • Unlimited paid time off (PTO), allowing employees to take time off as needed without accrual limits or managerial gatekeeping.
  • • Paid national holidays observed in the employee’s country of residence, ensuring cultural inclusivity and rest.
  • • Company-provided MacBook for all employees requiring one, ensuring access to high-performance hardware for productivity.
  • • Flexible Independent Contractor Agreement offering autonomy, tax efficiency, and entrepreneurial freedom, with reduced traditional employment obligations.
  • • Opportunity to work on high-impact, fast-growing consumer products in a performance-driven culture that rewards initiative, impact, and continuous learning.
