- • As a Senior UX Designer at Workato, you will shape how users interact with the company’s enterprise automation platform, translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive, accessible experiences for both technical and non-technical users.
- • You will lead end-to-end design for complex features across product areas including builder experiences, data orchestration, API management, and AI-assisted capabilities, from problem framing through launch and post-launch iteration.
- • You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to define product vision, advocate for user needs, and drive decisions that balance usability with technical feasibility.
- • You will contribute to a culture of craft and continuous improvement by giving and receiving design feedback, advancing design systems, and raising the bar for execution quality across the team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with significant background in enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or technically complex domains
- • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex problems, especially involving workflows, data pipelines, integrations, or technical configuration interfaces
- • Deep technical fluency in concepts such as data transformations, API configurations, schema mapping, and automation logic, enabling effective collaboration with engineers
- • Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping; experience with Framer, Cursor, or code-based prototyping is a plus
- • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly, give and receive feedback constructively, and influence cross-functional decisions
