📋 Description
- • Lead the end-to-end design process within your squad, including research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing, translating complex business and user needs into simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences for enterprise clients.
- • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define priorities, influence product decisions, and advocate for user needs through data, insights, and research findings.
- • Join Exadel, an AI-first global tech company with 25+ years of engineering leadership, 2,000+ team members, and 500+ active projects powering Fortune 500 clients including HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks, where ambitious, collaborative people drive digital transformation.
- • Mentor and support junior designers, contribute to and evolve the Design System, participate in design reviews and rituals, and continuously raise the quality bar while navigating ambiguity and balancing speed with quality in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience in Product Design (UX/UI/Interaction) with a portfolio demonstrating real product impact
- • Proven ability to lead end-to-end design initiatives in complex environments
- • Solid experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making
- • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar)
- • Experience working with and evolving Design Systems
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
