- • As a Senior Value Engineer at Twilio, you will serve as a go-to expert for sales and customer success teams, driving strategic value conversations that accelerate revenue growth and customer expansion by quantifying the financial impact of Twilio’s Customer Engagement Platform.
- • Day to day, you will partner with sales leadership, account executives, solution engineers, and customer success managers to develop CFO-ready business cases, ROI/TCO models, and value-based presentations; facilitate discovery workshops to map current and future state business processes; and lead initiatives to evolve Twilio’s Value Engineering methodology, tools, and templates.
- • You will join Twilio’s NAMER Value Engineering team within a remote-first, globally inclusive culture that empowers employees to shape the future of communications while working from anywhere in the U.S. (excluding certain California metro areas), with opportunities to collaborate across functions and influence enterprise-wide value selling practices.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise value realization, financial modeling, and AI-augmented consulting while building executive presence, influencing C-suite decisions, and contributing to the scaling of a best-in-class value engineering practice that directly impacts Twilio’s top accounts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, value consulting, value engineering, value realization, financial/investment analysis, or related fields
- • Strong executive presence and presentation skills, with comfort collaborating and co-presenting to C-suite executives (CIO, CMO, CFO)
- • Proficiency in prompt engineering and generative AI tools to accelerate discovery, automate customer-facing materials, and validate ROI/TCO models for logic and scalability
- • Results-oriented mindset with deep quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and strategic thinking abilities
- • Strong understanding of how Marketing, Product, and Support functions operate in enterprise environments, particularly around omnichannel orchestration, customer lifecycle messaging, and real-time signal integration
