• • Senior Venture Lead at Almedia Inc. in Berlin, responsible for architecting and scaling next-generation ventures from initial insight to global scale, acting as a seasoned growth architect who builds the 'machine' that launches 'Unicorn-level' ventures.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include incubating and launching ventures by transforming validated opportunities into market pilots with lighthouse clients, establishing venture operating models with governance and funding frameworks, forging strategic partnerships with flagship advertisers, scaling high-performance teams by hiring and mentoring leaders, and driving P&L ownership through data reviews and playbook development.
