• • The Senior Vice President of Paid Media owns a $15M P&L across Paid Media, Programmatic, and Creative pillars, driving commercial outcomes, client retention, and work quality through strategic leadership and operational oversight.
• • Day to day, the SVP inspects work at critical client lifecycle moments — including sales-to-ops handoff, kickoff calls, project phase planning, NSM setting, weekly/monthly updates, QBRs, 6-month strategy reviews, ABRs, and renewals — while coaching and developing Associate Directors to become effective inspectors of work.
• • The role leads a team of Associate Directors managing billable consultants, operating within Directive Consulting’s Performance division, where the SVP builds credibility across three distinct disciplines without being the deepest expert in any, ensuring integration and consistent quality standards.
• • The SVP develops future leaders by mentoring Associate Directors, understanding individual contributor strengths, partnering with People Operations on hiring and development, and building a bench of future leaders through structured coaching and calibration of quality standards across teams.
