- • You will lead onshore teams and offshore BPO partners, manage critical radiology vendor relationships, and drive the transition to an AI-augmented operating model while transforming cost structure and scaling capacity to support over 100% YoY growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include full P&L ownership of scheduling operations and call center functions, including oversight and performance management of key vendor partners and offshore BPO operations; driving collections efficiency and optimizing the revenue cycle end to end for RCM; ensuring radiology reports are delivered on time and consistently meet SLA commitments while owning radiology partner performance; managing post-scan fulfillment operations including bills and records delivery to meet downstream SLAs; leading transformative cost reduction across the operational cost structure through process redesign, automation, vendor optimization, and workforce strategy; designing and evolving the Operations organization structure by deploying AI and automation to enhance team capability and reduce cost per transaction while maintaining or improving service levels; building and implementing workforce management systems to effectively schedule and manage a multi-state, dynamic, distributed workforce across onshore and offshore teams; operating fluently within a complex healthcare regulatory environment by partnering closely with Legal to ensure compliance as operations scale across new states; leading value chain mapping, process improvement, and continuous improvement (kaizen) initiatives across all operational functions; building and maintaining operational dashboards and predictive analytics covering unit economics, SLA performance, report turnaround times, and capacity planning by state and market to enable data-driven decision making; partnering closely with Product and Engineering to shape tooling and platform capabilities that drive operational leverage; and communicating operational performance, strategy, and investment needs to the executive team and board with clarity and precision.
- • ScanCom International S.A. (operating as Scan.com) is a digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent through technology that speeds up diagnoses for timely treatments, improving healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients daily; the company has successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $100m in VC funding, reached profitability, and maintains a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY, operating a B2C marketplace that simplifies scan booking and B2B platforms that provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians, attorneys, and providers.
- • The Operations team is world-class and central to the company’s mission, supporting both patients and providers with tailored solutions backed by technology and operational excellence; in this role, you will build scalable, high-performance systems across a complex, multi-state healthcare organization operating within a tightly regulated environment, positioning yourself as a trusted operator and cultural leader who raises the bar and earns the confidence of frontline teams, executives, and the board.
- • In this role, you will achieve deep operational command within 90 days by gaining a granular understanding of every operational workflow, its unit economics, failure modes, and improvement levers across every geography; you will drive transformative cost reduction by fundamentally re-engineering the cost structure of operational delivery with clear before/after metrics across scheduling, RCM, report delivery, and fulfillment without degrading service quality or SLA adherence; you will execute an AI and automation roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and deploying initiatives that materially transform at least two major workflows and establish a clear multi-year plan for reducing manual touch points; you will build robust operational playbooks and systems that position the company to scale efficiently with clearly defined workflows, SLAs, and performance benchmarks across all functions; and you will become a trusted operator and cultural leader recognized for raising the bar, earning frontline team trust, and gaining full confidence from the executive team and board in your command of operations, data grasp, and scaling ability.
