- • As a Senior Video Editor at MyEdSpace, you will be instrumental in transforming raw footage into compelling, high-impact video content that captivates our audience and makes learning an engaging and exciting experience. Your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of the entire video editing lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery. This involves producing polished, scroll-stopping content that not only retains viewer attention but also drives engagement and conversions across various platforms. We are looking for an editor who possesses exceptional speed, a keen eye for detail, impeccable taste, and the precision to create content that is sharp, modern, and distinctly representative of the MyEdSpace brand.
- • A significant aspect of this role will involve the creation of high-performing advertising creatives. These conversion-focused videos are designed to cut through the noise, capture immediate attention, drive sales, and achieve optimal performance across diverse digital channels. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to develop video assets that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate the value of our educational offerings.
- • You will be a key contributor to shaping the content output for both our influencer teachers and our performance marketing initiatives. This requires a unique blend of strong editorial judgment, a deep understanding of storytelling, and advanced motion design skills. By combining these elements, you will create content that stands out and makes a lasting impression wherever it is published, ensuring MyEdSpace remains at the cutting edge of educational content creation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of video editing tasks. You will be responsible for editing a high volume of content, typically between 100-140 videos per month. This includes educational materials, marketing campaigns, and both short-form and long-form content. The expectation is to deliver consistently strong output with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- • A crucial part of your role will be leveraging your motion graphics and visual storytelling expertise. You will create and integrate high-quality motion graphics, kinetic typography, animated assets, and sophisticated transitions. These elements are vital for enhancing viewer retention, reinforcing brand identity, and elevating the overall aesthetic appeal of our videos. Your ability to craft visually dynamic and engaging sequences will be a key differentiator.
- • Maintaining brand consistency and upholding stringent quality standards are paramount. You will be expected to adhere to existing templates, brand guidelines, and established systems. However, you will also be encouraged to identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to refining these standards to ensure our output remains clean, consistent, and consistently premium across all video assets.
- • We value efficiency and a results-oriented approach. Therefore, a key objective is to deliver work that is nearly final upon its first submission. This requires strong editorial judgment regarding pacing, narrative structure, sound design, and creative decision-making. Your ability to anticipate needs and produce polished edits with minimal iterations will be highly valued.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5+ years of professional video editing experience (freelance, agency, in-house, or content creator background) with a strong portfolio showcasing quality, speed, and versatility.
- • High proficiency in creating advanced motion graphics, including typography animation, dynamic transitions, and visually structured on-screen elements, in addition to core editing skills.
- • Minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate) English proficiency, enabling clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- • Strong technical skills with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; experience with Adobe After Effects and editing automation workflows is a significant advantage.
- • A detail-oriented, low-iteration mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues, deliver polished edits requiring minimal revisions, and proactively address potential problems.
