📋 Description

• Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer role at Pearltalent, supporting a fast-growing creative agency that delivers multimedia content, motion graphics, and video-first storytelling for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across industries and digital platforms. This position is critical to elevating video content quality, driving audience engagement, and ensuring brand consistency through expert storytelling and technical execution.
• The role demands a Swiss Army Knife creative who owns end-to-end video production and post-production, blending strong narrative instincts with technical mastery in editing, motion design, audio, and color to deliver polished, platform-optimized outputs in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include editing high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling; shaping narrative structure, pacing, and emotional impact through storytelling techniques; performing professional color correction and grading; executing audio cleanup, mixing, and sound design integration; and delivering final outputs optimized for multiple platforms and formats.
• Creating 2D motion graphics, animated titles, and visual elements; designing engaging overlays, transitions, and branded motion systems; supporting explainer videos, promotional content, and social-first assets; and collaborating on visual direction for motion-based storytelling.
• Developing supporting graphic assets for video and digital campaigns; collaborating with designers, marketers, and stakeholders on creative direction; and ensuring visual consistency across all outputs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; participating in creative reviews and incorporating client feedback effectively; and adapting quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Working with a global talent network that connects top 1% candidates with US and EU-backed startups and agencies, offering opportunities for international collaboration, mentorship from industry experts, and long-term career growth with clients who have raised over $5B in funding and are backed by OpenAI, a16z, and Founders Fund.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing video storytelling, motion graphics, and post-production work
• Advanced proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Creative Suite)
• Strong understanding of pacing, narrative flow, and visual storytelling principles
• Experience working in agency, studio, or multi-brand environments
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
• Experience with 3D motion graphics or animation (nice-to-have)
• Graphic design capabilities supporting multimedia content (nice-to-have)
• Experience optimizing content for social-first platforms (nice-to-have)
• Client-facing presentation or creative review experience (nice-to-have)
• Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma (nice-to-have)
