📋 Description

• You own the edit layer of Viktor's paid creative factory, turning concepts into cuts that run against real budget.
• You turn what wins into templates, so volume goes up and quality does not come down.
• You will work on short-form performance video at volume, multiple hooks per concept, built for testing, shipped to paid media the day they are briefed.
• You will turn raw into retention-first cuts, UGC, founder footage, Viktor demos, screen recordings.
• You will build the template system, project templates, caption and motion presets, hook libraries, export settings.
• You will repurpose long-form and Creator Program footage, one hour of raw should yield ten assets.
• You will edit from data, read what is winning, cut toward it, template it.
• You will own sound, captions and media hygiene.
• You will show us work that ran, with numbers attached.
• You will work on a small team, high trust, low process, decisions are made by owners, not committees.
• You will ship your first week, talk to users your first day.

🎯 Requirements

• You have shipped short-form performance video against real spend, and you know what happened to hook rate, thumb-stop or CPA.
• You take one concept and produce 3 to 5 distinct hooks, and you know which one scaled.
• You cut screens. Software UI, legible at mobile size with the sound off.
• You have built a template or preset system that made a team faster.
• You run your own pipeline, and AI is already in it.
