- • Execute the VIP playbook through onboarding, retention, lossback delivery, reactivation, and bespoke offers while working a 24/7 rotation to ensure top players always have access to a knowledgeable account manager
- • Join Playlink, an innovative iGaming company revolutionizing betting and gaming through crypto-focused products like sportsbook and casino experiences, with a mission to deliver effortless, personalized entertainment at scale
- • Develop deep expertise in VIP player management, commercial decision-making based on player NGR, and real-time behavioral analytics while contributing insights that shape product and retention strategies
