- • Own and lead BJAK’s UK brand identity and visual systems across all digital, social, product, and offline channels
- • Build a UK-first visual narrative tailored to local users, culture, and market trends to drive awareness, trust, and adoption
- • Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visual storytelling that aligns with strategic goals
- • Develop and execute creative campaigns specifically designed for the UK market, ensuring consistent brand expression
- • Lead and mentor a small, multidisciplinary UK creative team, setting high standards for design quality, speed, and execution
- • Review and approve all visual assets to ensure alignment with the UK brand vision and creative direction
- • Foster a collaborative, high-ownership, and execution-driven team culture focused on measurable impact
- • Build and manage creative workflows that balance quality, speed, and scalability across multiple concurrent projects
- • Partner closely with UK growth, product, and leadership teams to align visual output with business and product strategy
- • Use data, insights, and market trends to continuously optimize creative campaigns and design output

🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative leadership
- • Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, digital campaigns, and multi-channel projects
- • Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy
- • Proven experience leading creative teams and raising creative standards
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
- • Experience building or localizing brands specifically for the UK market
