📋 Description

• • Own the visual identity of Block Labs’ entire web presence. You will translate the bold, future-facing ethos of Web3 into pixel-perfect, conversion-oriented experiences that feel effortless to users and effortless to build for engineers.
• • Architect a living design system that scales across multiple fintech, crypto, and iGaming brands. From color tokens and typography scales to spacing grids and motion principles, every element you create will be reusable, documented, and mapped 1-to-1 to WordPress Gutenberg blocks and patterns.
• • Design end-to-end web journeys—homepages, campaign landing pages, onboarding flows, and educational hubs—balancing brand storytelling with ruthless clarity. Each page will be delivered as a complete Figma file: wireframes, interactive prototypes, responsive breakpoints, and annotated specs for every state (hover, focus, disabled, error, empty, loading, success).
• • Drive measurable business impact. You will set KPIs with product and marketing (sign-ups, retention, sales), instrument designs for A/B testing, and iterate relentlessly using heatmaps, analytics, and user feedback to lift conversion rates and user satisfaction.
• • Champion accessibility and performance from day one. You will bake in WCAG-compliant color contrast, semantic HTML structure, optimized imagery, and animation budgets that respect Core Web Vitals—ensuring every experience is fast, inclusive, and future-proof.
• • Collaborate daily with cross-functional experts: product managers to define scope, marketers to refine messaging, and engineers to lock feasibility. Your communication style is crisp, kind, and always backed by rationale—turning feedback loops into momentum.
• • Shepherd designs through build. During development sprints you will run design QA, spot pixel drift, and fine-tune interactions so the final product matches your vision and meets performance benchmarks.
• • Stay on the bleeding edge. You will scan the horizon for emerging web and UX trends—AI-driven personalization, no-code/low-code tooling, WebGL storytelling—and prototype quick wins that keep Block Labs ahead of the curve.
• • Mentor and elevate the design practice. Whether through lunch-and-learns, Figma library governance, or pairing sessions with junior designers, you will raise the bar for craft and process across the organization.
