- • As a Senior Workforce Management Professional at Humana, you will apply advanced analytics and predictive modeling to drive strategic workforce decisions that directly impact staffing, talent development, and operational efficiency across a nationwide contact center environment. Your insights will shape how Humana optimizes its workforce to deliver superior consumer experiences in healthcare services.
- • Day to day, you will assess organizational staffing needs, develop long-term capacity plans, analyze talent and workforce metrics using systems like Aspect, Verint, or Genesys, and provide data-driven recommendations for workforce optimization. You will operate with significant autonomy in-depth evaluations of complex workforce scenarios and ownership of project components.
- • You will join Humana’s workforce analytics team dedicated to improving health outcomes for millions through innovative insurance and healthcare services. The team leverages data to enhance employee performance, support talent management, and ensure compliance with HR standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and consumer-centric care.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in workforce analytics, predictive modeling, and enterprise-level staffing strategy. You’ll gain experience influencing departmental direction, leading complex projects without direct supervision, and contributing to Humana’s mission of delivering better health outcomes—building a foundation for advancement into senior workforce planning, HR analytics, or operations leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of Staff Planning/Workforce Management experience in a multi-site Global Contact Center environment
- • Minimum 3 years of experience with Workforce Management systems such as Aspect, Verint, and/or Genesys
- • Experience in long-term capacity staff planning and modeling
- • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- • Excellent written and oral communication skills
- • Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
- • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- • Must be willing to work 8am-5pm EST
- • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- • Prior experience in Process or Project Management (Preferred)
- • Prior experience managing relationships with multiple Business Process Outsourcers both domestic and internationally (Preferred)
