- • As an SEO Manager at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will lead and scale SEO delivery for a portfolio of home-services clients across the US, directly impacting organic growth and local search visibility for businesses in competitive metro markets. Your work will ensure clients in HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, and related service industries achieve stronger map pack rankings, increased organic traffic, and improved lead generation through strategic, data-driven SEO execution.
- • You will own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution, including creating and maintaining SEO roadmaps, conducting technical audits, optimizing Google Business Profiles, developing content plans, coordinating link acquisition, and reporting performance using GA4, GSC, and SEO tools—collaborating closely with content, development, paid media/LSA, and account strategy teams to align efforts and drive measurable results.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment.
- • Proven success improving local SEO performance for service-area businesses (map pack + organic results).
- • Experience improving Google Business Profile rankings and local visibility in competitive markets.
- • Solid technical SEO foundation (auditing, indexation, site structure, internal linking, CWV awareness, basic schema).
- • Strong proficiency in WordPress (on-page optimization, plugins, and implementing common technical updates).
- • Prior, professional remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar).
