- • As an SEO Manager at Jellyfish, you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic Earned Media team, tasked with spearheading organic search strategies that directly contribute to the business growth of our diverse client portfolio.
- • Reporting directly to the SEO Director, your role will involve the meticulous development of data-driven SEO strategies, the implementation of robust technical and content optimizations, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and impactful marketing solutions.
- • You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve significant improvements in organic visibility, drive substantial traffic growth, and realize enhanced return on investment (ROI) through expert SEO execution.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to craft bespoke SEO strategies meticulously tailored to each client's unique business objectives, with a clear focus on achieving measurable and impactful success.
- • This includes conducting in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve critical issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexability, and overall site performance, ensuring search engines can efficiently access and understand client websites.

- • You will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated, white-hat link-building strategies aimed at systematically improving domain authority and elevating organic search rankings for our clients.
- • Leveraging insights derived from comprehensive SEO research, detailed competitor analysis, and an acute understanding of evolving market trends, you will continuously refine strategies to proactively enhance search visibility and competitive positioning.
- • A critical component of your role involves providing clear, concise, and insightful performance reports. These reports will not only present data but will also translate complex metrics into actionable insights, directly linking performance data to strategic next steps and future growth opportunities.
- • You will actively participate in both internal team discussions and client-facing meetings, confidently positioning yourself as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on all things SEO.
- • Fostering strong collaborative relationships is essential. You will work closely with our Social Media, Content, Paid Media, Display Advertising, Creative, Development, and User Experience (UX) teams to ensure that SEO principles are seamlessly integrated into broader, holistic marketing campaigns, creating a unified and effective digital presence for clients.
- • Furthermore, you will liaise effectively with Client Services and Project Management teams to ensure that all SEO-related projects are managed efficiently, remaining strictly within budget parameters and adhering to agreed-upon timelines, thereby guaranteeing client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and troubleshooting complex SEO challenges, coupled with the agility to adapt swiftly to the ever-changing landscape of search engine algorithms and best practices.
- • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest industry developments, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies to maintain Jellyfish's position at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
