- • Own and scale organic growth initiatives across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO to drive sustainable user acquisition for Almedia’s platform
- • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, indexing, internal linking, and schema markup
- • Optimize content strategy based on search intent, keyword ranking opportunities, and conversion potential to maximize organic traffic quality and volume
- • Manage off-page SEO initiatives including backlink acquisition, outreach campaigns, and authority-building strategies to improve domain credibility
- • Design and execute landing page experiments to improve organic conversion rates and reduce bounce rates from search traffic
- • Support and optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts for mobile app visibility and download growth across iOS and Android platforms
- • Build and implement scalable workflows using AI-powered tools and automation to enhance efficiency in content creation, keyword research, and performance tracking
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and engineering teams to align technical and content optimizations with business goals
- • Monitor and report on key organic growth metrics including traffic growth, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and user acquisition costs
- • Utilize data from Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Semrush to inform strategy, prioritize initiatives, and demonstrate ROI of SEO efforts
- • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities for organic growth and content differentiation
- • Align ASO optimization with app store algorithm updates and regional ranking factors across key markets
- • Continuously test hypotheses around content structure, metadata, user experience signals, and page speed to improve organic performance
- • Translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- • Maintain and evolve SEO best practices across all user-facing digital properties while ensuring alignment with brand and compliance standards
- • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks such as content gap analysis, rank tracking, and keyword clustering
- • Track and improve conversion pathways from organic search to app downloads and user registrations
- • Work independently with a strong ownership mindset to drive results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or growth marketing
- • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, GEO, ASO, CRO, and off-page SEO
- • Experience growing organic traffic and conversion-driven signups
- • Analytical, hypothesis-driven, and highly execution-oriented
- • Comfortable working with AI tools and modern growth workflows
- • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
