• • As an SEO Outreach Specialist at Heidi Health, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s organic growth by building a high-impact link-building engine that supports global visibility for an AI Care Partner transforming healthcare delivery. Your work will directly contribute to increasing domain authority and organic reach, helping clinicians worldwide access tools that reduce administrative burden and restore focus on patient care.
• • You will join a mission-driven team of doctors, engineers, designers, and researchers who have already supported over 73 million patient visits across 116 countries, giving back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals in just 18 months—your outreach efforts will amplify this impact by securing credible, authoritative backlinks that elevate Heidi’s presence in key healthtech markets.
• • Day to day, you will identify and qualify high-relevance, authoritative domains and webpages aligned to priority topics and target URLs using advanced prospecting techniques and tools like Ahrefs.
• • You will design and execute personalized email outreach sequences to secure guest posts, expert quotes, resource inclusions, and other high-value placements, ensuring all links are dofollow, topically relevant, and indexed—strictly avoiding paid or low-quality schemes.
• • You will validate link quality by logging proofs, monitoring indexation, assessing placement context, and remediating any issues to maintain the integrity of the backlink profile.
• • You will leverage outreach automation tools to pitch data-driven stories and expert commentary to journalists and publishers, balancing efficiency with authentic personalization to maximize response and conversion rates.
• • You will track and report on key performance indicators including pipeline volume, response and placement rates, link velocity, referral traffic, and ranking impact, delivering fortnightly insights to the GTM team to inform strategy and optimization.
• • You will collaborate closely with the GTM and organic growth teams to build scalable systems and processes from 0 to 1, laying the foundation for a link-building engine designed to scale 10x over the next few years.
