- • As an SEO Specialist, you will own technical and content SEO across multiple client accounts, working across audits, site architecture, internal linking, content strategy and performance measurement.
- • You will work closely with content, development and marketing teams to turn SEO opportunities into practical actions that improve organic visibility and business results.
- • Run technical SEO audits and turn findings into prioritised, actionable recommendations.
- • Analyse crawling, indexation, Core Web Vitals and other technical factors affecting organic performance.
- • Own site architecture and internal linking recommendations across client websites.
- • Develop SEO strategies based on business goals, search demand, competition and site performance.
- • Create content briefs alongside the content team, including search intent, keyword targeting, structure and optimisation recommendations.
- • Analyse ranking, traffic and conversion changes and identify the likely causes rather than relying on surface-level trends.
- • Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- • Report monthly on rankings, organic traffic and conversions with clear and honest attribution.
- • Work with developers and content teams to support SEO recommendations through implementation.
- • Keep the team current on meaningful Google algorithm, SERP and industry changes.
- • Communicate SEO recommendations clearly to clients and explain the expected impact and priorities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally across multiple websites or client accounts.
- • Strong understanding of technical SEO, including crawling, indexation, site architecture and Core Web Vitals.
- • Experience conducting SEO audits and translating findings into practical recommendations.
- • Proven experience improving organic visibility and traffic, with client results you can discuss in detail.
