- • SERM Manager at TENTENS Tech, a partner IT company of Skelar AS, responsible for monitoring and improving brand reputation in search engines and digital spaces for social discovery platforms serving over 20 million users worldwide.
- • Day-to-day tasks include monitoring online reputation, analyzing reputational risks, optimizing brand visibility in search results, managing user-generated content on external platforms, preparing reports and recommendations, and implementing new tools and strategies for reputation management.
- • The team operates with a 10/10ths mindset — treating every role as a CEO-level responsibility, driving maximum impact in a fast-paced, high-dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement beyond 'good enough'.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in SERM/ORM, SEO, digital risk analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to the global reputation strategy of a growing tech business.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 6 months of experience in SERM, ORM, or SEO.
- • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- • Practical experience in analyzing and improving brand visibility in search engines.
- • Knowledge of approaches to managing user-generated content on external platforms.
- • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, systemic thinking, and ability to work effectively in high-dynamic environments.
