- • As a Service Associate at Stryker Corporation, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s Sustainability Solutions by collecting single-use medical devices from hospitals across your assigned territory, contributing to environmental stewardship and operational efficiency in healthcare settings.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include visiting operating rooms, patient floors, electrophysiology and cath labs to collect devices, engaging with hospital staff such as OR personnel, supply chain teams, EVS, sales reps, and facility champions to provide training and education on proper bin usage and eligible devices for collection.
- • You will partner with supervisors and sales representatives to build strong customer relationships, increase device collection rates, and participate in weekly huddles, annual in-person team meetings, and administrative communication to uphold a positive, respectful workplace culture aligned with Stryker’s sales code of conduct and employee handbook.
- • This role offers foundational experience in Stryker’s field operations, allowing you to develop skills in customer engagement, healthcare logistics, data tracking for collection reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to sustainability initiatives that improve healthcare outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with appropriate insurance for travel by car as required.
- • High school diploma or GED.
- • Ability to use personal vehicle for daily travel (80–100 miles/day depending on territory).
- • Proficiency in computer programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- • Ability to obtain and maintain required credentials at all hospitals within your assigned territory.
