- • The Service Delivery Director is a senior individual contributor responsible for serving as the primary business relationship and contract management lead for assigned strategic customer engagements, ensuring alignment between customer and company and accountability for contractual commitments.
- • Day to day, the role involves acting as the central point of accountability for maintaining customer alignment, managing contractual obligations, coordinating operational, commercial, and governance activities, and proactively managing risks, dependencies, decisions, change requests, and commercial matters across functions.
- • The role works cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery without direct people management responsibilities.
- • The person in this role can develop executive presence, strengthen commercial acumen, master cross-functional influence without authority, and gain deep expertise in strategic account management and service delivery governance within a growing technology organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in service delivery, account management, or client relationship management for strategic enterprise customers
- • Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- • Demonstrated ability to manage contractual commitments, commercial matters, and operational governance in complex engagements
- • Highly organized with strong commercial awareness and experience coordinating across Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations
