- • As a Sourcing Analyst in Service Supply Chain Management at Otis Worldwide Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable and cost-effective sourcing of rope commodities essential to Otis’ field service operations, directly supporting the safety and performance of elevator and escalator systems worldwide.
- • Day to day, you will review rope specifications, identify correct internal part numbers, collaborate with engineering and field teams to standardize requirements, evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, lead time, and risk, manage purchase orders and logistics, resolve discrepancies and invoicing issues, and drive cost savings through supplier consolidation and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- • Otis is a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service, moving 2.4 billion people daily across more than 200 countries. The Field Supply Chain Team in North America is central to maintaining Otis’ industry-leading service portfolio, ensuring that technicians have the right parts at the right time to keep buildings moving safely and efficiently.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain analytics while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Field Operations, and Supplier Quality.
