📋 Description

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles, addressing both basic and major mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and electric vehicle powertrain systems.
• Follow precise repair documentation procedures, including adherence to The Three C’s protocol.
• Utilize proprietary DMS software and standard applications like Microsoft Office to accurately document all customer vehicle interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with service team members including advisors and managers to ensure seamless vehicle service delivery.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain repairs, provide updates, and enhance overall client experience.
• Demonstrate and mentor fellow technicians in technical skills and best practices to foster team growth and consistency.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Perform mobile service duties as needed, including remote support and on-site repairs outside the service center.
• Complete ASE certifications within 6–8 months of hire, with Lucid reimbursing associated costs upon successful completion.
• Participate in Lucid-provided CPR training after hire to ensure safety compliance in high-voltage environments.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures specific to electric vehicle repair and high-voltage system handling.
• Support the service center’s operational goals by completing additional duties as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as an automotive service technician with prior EV/HEV diagnosis and repair experience
• Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and electric vehicle powertrains
• EPA 609 Certification
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least 3 years)
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software
• Willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post-hire
