• • As a Service Technician at Lucid Motors, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing luxury electric mobility, playing a critical role in ensuring our groundbreaking vehicles perform at their peak. This position is based in our state-of-the-art PDI/Reconditioning center in Coolidge, AZ, where you'll contribute to the meticulous preparation and ongoing maintenance of Lucid vehicles.
• • You will be entrusted with the responsibility of diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles, demonstrating a deep passion for sustainable transportation and a creative approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be crucial in upholding Lucid's commitment to unparalleled quality and performance.
• • A core aspect of this role involves confidently tackling both basic and major mechanical issues. You will also be expected to perform detailed electrical and mechanical diagnostics, identifying and resolving complex problems with precision and efficiency.
• • Maintaining an advanced knowledge level of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems, as well as general electric vehicle systems, is paramount. You will continuously expand your understanding of EV technology to stay ahead of the curve and provide the highest level of service.
• • Adherence to correct repair order documentation procedures, specifically following The Three C's (Check, Correct, Confirm), is essential. This ensures thoroughness, accuracy, and traceability in all repair processes.
• • You will effectively utilize the appropriate software suite to meticulously and completely document all customer vehicle interactions, ensuring clear communication and record-keeping.
• • Collaboration is key. You will work effectively with other members of the service team, including service advisors and managers, fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment. Clear and concise communication with customers is also a vital part of this role, ensuring they are informed and satisfied.
