- • As a Service Technician, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing our groundbreaking Lucid vehicles. This role is ideal for individuals with a deep passion for sustainable transportation and a knack for creative problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring our vehicles operate at peak performance, providing an exceptional ownership experience for our discerning clientele.
- • Your primary responsibility will be the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Lucid Motors vehicles. This includes confidently addressing both basic and major mechanical issues, as well as performing intricate electrical and mechanical diagnostics. A high level of expertise in High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems, along with general electric vehicle (EV) systems, is crucial for success in this role.
- • You will meticulously follow correct repair order documentation procedures, adhering to the 'Three C's' (Concern, Cause, Correction) to ensure accuracy and completeness in all service records. Proficiency in using our software suite is essential for properly documenting all customer vehicle interactions, from initial service requests to final repairs.
- • Effective communication and collaboration are key. You will work closely with other members of the service team, including Service Advisors and Managers, to ensure seamless workflow and optimal customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to customers, fostering trust and transparency.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including previous experience with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
- • Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains.
- • Customer facing experience exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- • Ability to use applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software.
- • EPA 609 Certification.
- • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.
