• • The ServiceNow Delivery Manager - Digital Velocity is a senior advisory, business, sales, and solutions thought leader at CDW, providing leadership and support for Sales, Advisory consultants, and Services teams within their region. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, sales enablement, and platform thought leadership, supporting enterprise and executive-level client engagements.
• • Day to day, the role involves providing leadership for Advisory teams focused on strategy, platform maturity, operating model design, and transformation enablement; building and maintaining strong technology relationships with key partner representatives; collaborating with Sales, Advisory Consultants, Services Teams, and Management to maximize services financial results; partnering with Sales leadership on complex pursuits including opportunity qualification, deal shaping, advisory positioning, estimates, and executive-level client conversations; managing team members’ performance through coaching and training; acting as an escalation point for issue resolution related to team member performance or client satisfaction; and building and maintaining a trusted partner network to deliver additional engineering capacity and skills as needed.
