- • Lead and guide technical staff on ServiceNow project implementations as a client-facing ServiceNow Project Manager, managing large, complex professional services projects to ensure successful delivery.
- • Define project scope, objectives, and communication plans; plan project stages, assess business implications, monitor progress, assign resources and timelines, and lead crew and customer meetings.
- • Oversee project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope; identify and mitigate risks and dependencies; utilize Agile and iterative methodologies; develop and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS); ensure deliverables meet quality standards; prepare and deliver project status reports.
- • Build trust-based relationships with clients, understand and align with client expectations, ensure compliance with customer SLAs, coordinate internal team efforts, identify continuous improvement opportunities, maintain deep understanding of ServiceNow products, achieve high customer satisfaction scores, enhance Managed Services Delivery model, and provide coaching, mentoring, and cross-training for team members.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-10 years of business-related experience with a minimum of 7 years in technology Project/Program management, including highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience.
- • Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the entire execution lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline standards, with oversight of project economics and actionable feedback on cost-benefit and ROI.
- • Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong facilitation skills, strong attention to detail, ability to assess and mitigate risk, experience leading and motivating teams, comfort working in a matrixed organization and with ambiguity and change.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- • PMP certification; Agile/SCRUM certifications preferred; ServiceNow experience preferred.
