- • Develop high-quality software and web applications on the ServiceNow platform for enterprise customers
- • Analyze, maintain, and optimize existing ServiceNow applications to ensure performance and reliability
- • Design scalable, testable, and maintainable code using ServiceNow best practices
- • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve programming bugs and configuration issues across ServiceNow modules
- • Develop and integrate third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and mid-server technologies
- • Create and customize ServiceNow components including business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, and UI scripts
- • Lead end-to-end implementations of ITOM, ITAM, AIOps, and Service Mapping modules on ServiceNow
- • Execute Cloud-Native implementations of ServiceNow Discovery and AIOps on AWS, GCP, and Azure
- • Work independently with clients on remote implementations, providing technical guidance and support
- • Participate in requirements review and validation sessions to align technical solutions with business needs
- • Engage in SCRUM ceremonies and agile development processes to deliver projects on time
- • Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables while managing multiple concurrent client engagements
- • Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
- • Stay current with emerging ServiceNow features, AI tools, and integration technologies to enhance platform capabilities
- • Support DevOps workflows by integrating ServiceNow with GitHub and other CI/CD tools
- • Ensure all solutions are aligned with modern IT operations and service management standards
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and integrations (REST, SOAP, mid-servers)
- • Experience leading ITOM implementations
- • Experience with Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, and AIOps
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with clients
