• • As a Miele Servicetechniker Haushalt for the Luzern region, you will be the face of our premium brand, delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise directly to our end-users.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of Miele household appliances by expertly diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction with every visit.
• • You will be entrusted with the professional customer service within your designated service area, acting as the primary point of contact for all Miele appliance-related needs.
• • This role involves a significant amount of independent work, where you will manage your daily schedule and customer interactions, fostering a sense of ownership and autonomy.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to travel daily in your dedicated Miele service vehicle, efficiently navigating your service territory to attend to customer appointments.
• • You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of Miele household appliances, applying your technical acumen to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• • Beyond repairs, you will also be expected to perform other essential service tasks, ensuring that Miele appliances are maintained to the highest standards.

• • You will be provided with a laptop, iPhone, and a company car (your service vehicle), along with company workwear, ensuring you have everything you need to perform your duties effectively.
• • Your schedule will be managed by our efficient dispatch team, who will arrange your appointments, allowing you to focus on your technical work and customer interactions.
• • Once your appointments are set, you will operate as your own manager for the rest of the day, enjoying a high degree of independence and flexibility.
