📋 Description
- • As a Servicetechniker im Innendienst (m/w/d) for Wärmepumpen & Lüftung at Carrier Global Corporation, you will provide remote technical support to customers and field service teams, ensuring optimal performance of climate and ventilation systems while contributing to sustainable energy solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include offering telephone assistance for system commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting; advising field technicians on complex issues; supporting dispatchers with service request resolution; identifying customer needs for upgrades or replacements; and participating in weekend on-call rotations.
- • You will join Viessmann Climate Solutions, a global leader in efficient and integrated climate and renewable energy solutions, operating under Carrier Global Corporation, with a mission to shape living spaces for future generations through innovation in heating, cooling, ventilation, and energy systems.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in heat pump and ventilation technology, develop strong customer and technical advisory skills, gain experience in remote diagnostics and service coordination, and grow professionally through access to internal academies and external training programs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed minimum 3-year vocational training in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechatroniker, Elektriker, Heizungsbauer, or Anlagenmechaniker SHK)
- • In-depth knowledge of heating system construction and function, including hydraulics, combustion, electrical, and control technology
- • Proficiency in using standard EDV (IT) programs
- • Fluent German language skills in both spoken and written form
- • Completion of technician or master-level training (Techniker or Meister SHK) or equivalent is desirable
- • Experience in customer service, preferably in heat pump or ventilation technology, is advantageous
