• • As a SharePoint Senior Consultant at Guidehouse, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and integrating key business technologies, with a primary focus on SharePoint within the Office of Energy (OE) business operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting the seamless integration of OE SharePoint, building automations where appropriate to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• • You will be a key contributor to the administration and enhancement of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Energy IT Services (EITS) technologies. This includes providing essential training to users, managing system administration tasks, and ensuring robust records management practices are in place. Your efforts will directly impact the operational effectiveness of OE programs and contribute to the achievement of strategic organizational goals.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve assisting with the governance of OE systems. You will work to ensure the continuity of program assets across various platforms, maintaining the integrity and reliability of critical IT infrastructure. This governance support is crucial for maintaining compliance and operational stability.
• • Furthermore, you will actively support OE CBO governance initiatives. This involves assisting in the institutionalization of governance program requirements for IT assets and Directives, ensuring that all IT assets and directives align with established governance frameworks and best practices.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to facilitating senior leadership's decision-making processes by providing clear, data-driven insights and managing a portfolio of IT investments. This strategic input will help guide the organization towards optimal IT resource allocation and strategic alignment.
• • You will be expected to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption within the SharePoint and M365 ecosystem. This includes researching new features, functionalities, and best practices to recommend and implement solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
• • Collaboration will be a cornerstone of this role. You will work closely with various stakeholders across different departments, understanding their needs and translating them into effective SharePoint and M365 solutions.
