📋 Description

• • As a Simulation Support Specialist at H2Analytics, you will help build and run military simulation scenarios that support the EASE platform, bridging the gap between operational military concepts and technical execution to ensure synthetic environments accurately reflect real-world equipment, organizations, and tactical doctrine for mission-driven clients.
• • Day to day, you will configure entities, equipment, and behaviours within simulation platforms like JCATS, VBS, or CPE; translate client training objectives into technical simulation setups; support internal delivery teams and project managers; validate outputs for usability in EASE; and may engage directly with clients to refine scenarios based on field feedback and performance data.
• • H2Analytics is a mission-focused technology company partnering with military, national security, law enforcement, and other mission-driven organizations to improve readiness at speed and scale. The team includes former intelligence professionals who bring lived experience to solving complex training and modernization challenges through the EASE platform.
