- • The Site Contracts Specialist (Italian, French or Spanish Speaking) plays a critical role in enabling clinical trial execution by managing site-level contracts and budgets across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of agreements essential to drug development.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading multi-country contract negotiations, preparing and reviewing site-specific contracts from templates, managing budget and contract discussions with sites and sponsors, performing quality control on executed documents, maintaining contract repositories, coordinating with legal, finance, and clinical operations teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and timelines.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Moderate contracts management experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry
- • Strong knowledge of the clinical development process and legal and contracting parameters
- • Excellent understanding of clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP
- • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- • Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to mentor and motivate junior staff and provide quality feedback
