- • The Site Contracts Specialist (Polish Required) plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle for clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of agreements that enable patient access to innovative therapies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include administering contract management processes, preparing and negotiating site-specific contracts and budgets, coordinating with legal, finance, and clinical operations teams, maintaining contract templates and databases, mentoring junior staff, monitoring financial aspects of contracts, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and WIs.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • High level of contracts management experience, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical industry setting
- • Strong knowledge of the clinical development process, legal and contracting parameters, and ICH GCP guidelines
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong team orientation
- • Ability to mentor, lead, and motivate junior staff, and contribute to training and quality assurance initiatives
