📋 Description
- • The Site Contracts Specialist with Clinical Trials experience is a home-based role in the US that plays a critical part in managing the contractual foundation of clinical trials, ensuring that site agreements are accurately negotiated, executed, and maintained to support timely study initiation and compliance.
- • Day to day, the specialist administers contract management processes, prepares and negotiates site-specific contracts and budgets from country templates, supports submission and approval workflows, tracks milestone progress, resolves discrepancies, maintains contract repositories and metadata, trains junior staff, and liaises with legal, finance, and clinical operations teams to ensure alignment and execution.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • High level of contracts management experience, preferably in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry
- • Strong knowledge of the clinical development process, legal and contracting parameters, and ICH GCP guidelines
- • Excellent understanding of clinical trial start-up processes and protocols across Phases II-IV
- • Project management experience in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple projects
- • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with ability to mentor junior staff
