📋 Description
- • SMM Specialist at TENTENS Tech, a partner IT company of Skelar AS, a Ukrainian venture builder creating international tech businesses and social discovery platforms for over 20 million users worldwide.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and publishing content for major social networks to ensure reputational presence, managing reputation through social media, and adapting quickly to changes in search engine algorithms and social media platform updates.
- • The team operates with a 10/10ths mindset — treating every individual as a CEO in their role, driving maximum impact through goal-oriented work, proactive questioning, and continuous improvement beyond 'good enough'.
- • In this role, you will learn to create effective content that builds reputational presence in search results, master multi-channel SMM operations, and gain space for proactivity and experimentation with various tools, including AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • Basic skills in creating and publishing SMM content (optimized descriptions, visual content, use of auto-posting and account management services)
- • Ability to quickly respond to changing requirements
- • Ability to organize your work independently during project scaling and shifting priorities without losing focus
- • Multitasking ability to work simultaneously with multiple brands and channels
- • English proficiency at B2+ level for effective work with English-language content
