  • • Monitor, respond to, and engage with user mentions, comments, and direct messages across Lovable’s social media channels including X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads
  • • Craft public replies that align with Lovable’s brand voice, are human in tone, and provide genuinely helpful responses to user inquiries
  • • Identify and surface trending conversations, emerging product feedback, cultural moments, or platform-specific shifts to internal teams for action
  • • Amplify content created by Lovable’s global community across social channels to foster organic growth and user engagement
  • • Collaborate with the Brand, Product, and Marketing teams to execute reactive and proactive social media campaigns based on real-time community sentiment
  • • Maintain consistent adherence to Lovable’s established voice and tone guidelines across all public social interactions
  • • Track, analyze, and report on community sentiment trends to inform product, marketing, and communications strategy
  • • Serve as the primary public-facing liaison between Lovable’s user base and internal teams, translating user feedback into actionable insights
  • • Recognize when to engage deeply, when to simply like or react, and when to ignore content based on brand judgment and community impact
  • • Stay deeply attuned to the cultural norms, cadence, and unwritten rules of each social platform to ensure authentic and effective engagement
  • • Proactively surface user-generated success stories and creative use cases to highlight the versatility and power of Lovable’s platform
  • • Ensure all community interactions reflect Lovable’s mission to democratize software creation for solopreneurs and enterprise teams alike
  • • Act as a cultural interpreter for the brand, translating how users are experiencing Lovable day-to-day into strategic recommendations
  • • Maintain organized documentation of recurring questions, emerging issues, and community feedback loops for cross-functional alignment
  • • Work in a fast-paced, low-ego environment where extreme ownership and high velocity are expected and valued
  • • Contribute to building a global community that feels seen, heard, and empowered through responsive and thoughtful social engagement

🎯 Requirements

  • • Tech product expertise: Strong ability to explain technical concepts in plain language to diverse audiences
  • • Social media experience: Proven track record of directly representing consumer or developer-facing brands on social platforms
  • • Stellar communication and writing skills: Ability to write clearly, quickly, and adapt tone to match Lovable’s voice across varied contexts
  • • Brand and comms sense: Sharp judgment on when to respond, when to engage minimally, and when to ignore content
  • • Platform-native instincts: Deep fluency in the culture, cadence, and rules of X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads
  • • Community-first mindset: Genuine energy and curiosity in engaging with users and understanding their day-to-day use of Lovable
