• • As vCluster’s Social Growth Manager, you will be the architect of the digital distribution engine, turning complex technical narratives into a high-velocity growth machine that ensures the cloud-native community discovers vCluster and reaches the world’s largest neoclouds and AI factories.
• • You will design and operate the 'content-to-pipeline' system across LinkedIn, X, and Reddit, manage and optimize LinkedIn paid campaigns with a focus on experimentation and pipeline impact, act as a strategic partner to leadership for executive advocacy, and direct video content strategy by transforming live sessions and demos into reusable, high-engagement assets.
• • You will join a venture-backed tech startup pioneering Kubernetes virtualization for the AI era, backed by +$30M from top-tier VCs like Khosla Ventures, operating with a remote-first culture and headquartered in San Francisco’s Salesforce Tower, while driving open-source innovation through vCluster and the Infrastructure Tenancy Platform for AI.
• • In this role, you will build a structured data-driven attribution framework to measure how social activity and paid spend drive traffic, engagement, and revenue, while developing expertise in technical B2B SaaS growth, AI-native workflows, and infrastructure storytelling that resonates with DevOps and platform engineering audiences.
